Build the Perfect Season

Privacy Policy

162-0 is a free baseball game published by Lemieux Strategic Solutions. You do not need an account to play. This policy describes the information the current site code stores locally, the data sent when you use a leaderboard, and information that hosting or advertising providers may process.

Information stored in your browser

The game uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) so features can work between visits. Depending on what you use, it may store:

This information remains on your device unless a leaderboard submission sends the fields described below. You can remove local data through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing it may reset your streak, saved result, display name, and ability to identify your own leaderboard row.

Leaderboards and Supabase

After you save a leaderboard display name, completed ranked Daily runs and completed non-daily runs are submitted automatically; before a name is saved, the game asks you to join. A submission can include your chosen display name, random anonymous identifier, game mode or daily number, roster, and the score derived from that roster. Public leaderboard responses can return display names, scores, roster details, and the anonymous identifier. The game uses that identifier to recognize and highlight your own rows. Because the same identifier can persist in local storage, it can also link leaderboard submissions made from the same browser profile; it is pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity. Do not use your display name to disclose information you do not want public.

Supabase may process standard request information such as IP address, timestamps, and technical headers for security, abuse prevention, and service operation. See Supabase's privacy policy.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard web-request information, including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic data, to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Google AdSense, cookies, and consent

The Google AdSense script is present on the site's pages. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted. Ad availability and personalized advertising can depend on your region and consent choices.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through My Ad Center. Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services in its partner-sites notice. Browser settings may also let you block or clear cookies and site storage, though doing so can affect site features.

What we do not ask for

The game does not require your legal name, email address, password, payment information, or social account. Email is collected only if you separately choose to contact us, in which case it is used to respond to your message.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

Changes

We may revise this policy when site features or providers change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
