The slot machine spins you a franchise and a decade. Draft one legend from that team and era into your roster β nine bats, a two-man rotation, and a closer, drawing from 150 years of baseball.
A random franchise + decade lands on the reels.
Pick a player from that team & era for an open roster slot.
Fill all 12 spots, then play your roster across 162 games.
162-0 is a free baseball roster-building game where you draft an all-time team from 150 years of Major League history and find out whether it's good enough to win every game and finish a perfect season. A slot machine spins you a random franchise and a decade; you pick one legend from that team and era to fill an open roster spot, then do it again until your twelve-man squad is complete. Once the roster is full, a season simulator turns your hitters' era-adjusted value into runs scored and your rotation and bullpen into runs allowed, then projects a record across all 162 games. The fun is in the constraints: you can't cherry-pick your dream team, so every spin is a fresh set of trade-offs, and modes like Scout (stats hidden), Salary Cap, and Bad News Bears flip the whole goal on its head. A true 162-0 is the holy grail β hard to reach on purpose, because no real team has ever done it.
